Location was great; staff very friendly; clean and well-kept facility. We enjoyed the staff at the bistro -- they were very nice to my 11-year old. The staff was also quick to make up the sofa bed for my daughter, and bring extra pillows and towels.

Tried to switch to a room with two queens (instead of a king with sofa bed), and we could not because we had booked through a third party.

Location: the hotel was very close to Shopping / restaurants in Bangor, Bangor Mall, and Bangor International Airport. We had lunch at nearby Papa John's Pizza, tried their fast food options.

She consistently provided excellent service, always wearing a smile and being very personable. The kiosk by the elevators, which allowed us to print our boarding passes, was a convenient and much-appreciated feature. The heated pool was a big hit with our kids and provided a fun and relaxing experience for all of us.
